Accommodation
The accommodation is situated in converted stables and comprises of three large, superior, individually designed en-suite bedrooms furnished and decorated to a high standard.
A new edition for summer 2010. Our Garden Room, this is a twin bedded room with en-suite shower room. This room has been converted in a south facing single storey detached barn overlooking the garden and pond.
All rooms in the stables have super-king-size beds with duvets; one room has a four-poster bed. All bedding is hypoallergenic. There is comfy seating in all bedrooms. Each generously sized bathroom has a spa bath. The centrally heated rooms have 32” flat screen TVs, beverage trays, hairdryers and safes. There are ironing facilities and a shared guests’ fridge.
Relax in the owner’s dining room, a short walk across the courtyard, to enjoy a delicious, traditional Aga cooked breakfast. Three course suppers can be arranged in advance (not available during August).

Overlooking the pond in the garden is a summer house with a terrace and deck to relax by. We also have a drying room for walking clothes. Parking is off-road with ample room for boats.

Terms & Conditions
To secure a short stay booking, a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required.
For bookings of seven nights or more, 50% of the total sum is required which is non-returnable. We therefore suggest that if there is a chance of you cancelling your stay, you should hold your own travel/holiday insurance to cover this eventuality.
Payment is accepted by cash or cheque only, made payable to Lynda Rogers.
